When to use it
Quick Book is for bookings that don't come through your public form — walk-ins, friends, or leads you picked up off-platform. It lets you put an appointment straight on your calendar.

The flow
Open Quick Book from the dashboard or the Requests header, enter the client and appointment details, pick a location, and choose a time that fits your availability.

What it creates
Quick Book creates the appointment (and a receipt where relevant). It doesn't open a back-and-forth request thread — it's a confirmed booking from the start.
