Building your page

The strip of tabs under the address bar is your site. Each tab is a separate page with its own design, its own background and its own web address. Click a tab to work on that page.

The plus button adds a page. You get Home Page, Flash Page and Booking Page as one-click options, plus Custom Page... for anything else, such as an about page or a studio policies page. Each of the three named pages can only exist once, so once you have one the option stops being offered.

Right-click a tab on a computer, or press and hold it on a phone, and you get Rename, Change URL, Open page and Delete page. Double-clicking a tab renames it in place. Your booking page cannot be deleted, and your home page always sits at the root of your link so its address is fixed.

Components on the left is the library. It opens as a list of folders, each with a short description of what is inside. Tap a folder to see its blocks, and the arrow at the top takes you back out.

Drag a block from the list onto your page to place it. Rest on one for a moment first and a preview appears, so you can see the layout before you commit. Once it is on the page, click it and its settings open in the right panel: text, colours, images and, on most blocks, a Variant picker that swaps the whole layout without losing what you typed.

Which folders you see depends on the page. A home page gets the full set. A flash page gets galleries and spacing only. The booking page has its own field blocks, covered in your booking form.

• •Hero is the top of your page. Magazine Hero, Minimalist Hero and Noir Hero are three takes on a headline, a photo and your details. Artist Bio is the longer version, for your story rather than your name.
• •Portfolio Showcase holds Image Portfolio, a gallery of work you upload, and Instagram Feed, which pulls your latest posts in.
• •Booking CTA is the prompt that sends people to your form. Bold Booking CTA and Refined Booking CTA each carry ten layouts, from a full-bleed image to a quiet single line.
• •Contact Me holds Elegant Contact, Classic Contact, Geometric Contact and Noir Contact: your phone, email, address, opening hours and socials, styled four different ways.
• •Flash Galleries holds eleven layouts, from a tight grid to a magazine spread. They pull live from your Flash Manager, so a design you mark as taken updates on your page without you touching the editor.
• •Social Media holds Social Media Links, a row of icons you can sit in a footer, float down the side, or drop inline.
• •Layout & Other is the glue. Info Cards is a grid of short blocks for rates, rules or answers. Spacer puts breathing room or a divider between sections. Image drops in a single picture. Custom HTML/Embed is for anything from elsewhere, such as a map or a video.

Select a block and a small bar appears above it. The arrows move it up or down one place, and the icons on the right duplicate or delete it. Duplicating is the quick way to build a repeated section, since the copy keeps all your text and styling.

Layers, under the components list, is the whole page as a list. Drag a row to reorder it, click a row to select that block, and use it whenever a block is awkward to grab on the page itself. Long pages are much easier to reorganise here than by dragging across the canvas.

Every page starts with a navigation bar at the very top, linking your pages together. It is always the first thing on the page and cannot be dragged elsewhere or deleted, but you can hide it per page: open the three dots menu and switch Navigation bar off.

Hiding it makes sense on a booking page you are sending people straight to, where a menu just invites them to wander off. Click the bar itself to change its style, links and colours.

A custom page gets the full block library, so it can be anything: an about page, a pre-appointment guide, a price list, an aftercare page you link from an email. Choose Custom Page... from the plus menu, type a name and press Enter.

It starts blank apart from the navigation bar, and it lives at your link with the name you gave it. Custom pages publish alongside everything else, and you can delete one at any time from its tab menu.
