Auto reminders

Reminders that
send themselves.

You send a quote and they go quiet. Maelo follows it up five days later, in your own words. If they have already answered, it checks, and sends nothing.

The whole pipeline

Three reminders, already written.

A quote nobody answered, an appointment coming up, a healing check-in. Each one is a template you can rewrite on a timing you can move, and each one goes out on your header colour, your logo and your footer.

A new account starts with the first two switched on and the rest switched off, so nothing reaches a client you did not choose to send to. Add a second or a third of any kind. The one that came with the account stays: you can switch it off, but you cannot lose it by accident.

Your side of it

Maelo tells you, too.

The reminders go to your clients. The other half comes to you. A new request, a paid deposit, a client editing their brief before you have approved it: each writes a line in your feed, then follows your preferences out to email and to push on the Maelo app.

Unless there was a reason not to, a preference you have never opened is on. That is the opposite of how most settings screens behave and it is deliberate, because an artist who has never been to Settings should still hear that work has arrived.

Keep going

Let the follow-ups run themselves.

Quote follow-ups, appointment reminders and healing check-ins are already there when you finish setting up. Change the words, change the timing, or leave them alone.
