Tattoo booking requests

Every request,
in one inbox.

A client fills in your booking form and the whole brief arrives at once: what they want, where it goes, what they can spend, and the references they saved. You read it once and quote it.

Reading a request

The whole brief, before you reply.

A booking form is not a message. Placement, size, style, budget and timing arrive as separate answers, so you can see in a second whether a piece is yours to take without reading a paragraph twice.

Their reference photos come attached to the request, alongside the answers from your custom booking form. When a tagged link or referring site is available, the request also shows where they found you.

Approving opens the quote builder, where the price, the deposit and the dates you are offering go out together. Declining offers the reasons you wrote in Settings, so turning work down takes one tap and still sounds like you.

A request starts a conversation, not an automatic booking. The quote and deposit guide follows what your client receives, how they choose a date and when payment confirms it.

Finding anything

Find a request at any stage.

New and quoted requests stay in your inbox. Booked work and completed projects have their own tabs, so you can see what needs an answer and what is already arranged.

Search reads names, email addresses and the piece itself, so you can find a job by what it is when you have forgotten whose it was. The requests guide explains the tabs, statuses and filters in detail.

Filter by starred, flash, event, read or unread. Sort by newest, oldest, last received or last sent. Archiving shelves a request out of every working tab without touching its status, so a job you archived still counts in your revenue.
