The timeline
From the client's side, a booking moves through a clear path: they send a request, you reply or approve, they pay any deposit, and the appointment is confirmed. Each step has its own screen in their client hub.

Automatic reminders
Maelo sends the client automatic emails along the way — confirmations, reminders and aftercare — so you don't have to chase. You control the copy from Client notifications.

Waivers & policies
Where you require them, waivers and policies appear before the client pays their deposit, so nothing is booked until they've agreed.
