How conversations work
Each booking request has its own message thread, so your conversation with a client always sits alongside the booking it's about. There's no separate inbox to keep in sync.

Unread & read
Unread messages are flagged so you can see at a glance who's waiting on a reply. Opening a thread marks it read.

Scheduled messages
You can schedule a message to send later — handy for check-ins and reminders you want to line up in advance.
