Try it. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere. On a real booking page, sending this form is a request: the artist reviews it and replies with a quote and dates.
Built from the same parts as a real Maelo booking page. Try it: nothing you type is sent.

About this form
What makes this form different
Flash is a quick yes, and the form should feel like one. The design already exists, so this form skips the brief and asks only what turns a chosen design into a session.
- No long idea question. The description asks only whether they want anything changed.
- Dates are required here, because a flash client has usually already decided.
- A phone number is optional, for offering short-notice gaps that suit small pieces.
One question, rewritten
Small wording, very different answers
On a flash form the idea already exists. Asking them to describe it invites a custom brief you did not ask for.
Describe your tattoo idea in detail.

Setting it up in Maelo
From template to booking page
When a client books from your flash page in Maelo, the design they picked answers the title for them and the request is labelled as a flash piece. You still set the price and the deposit in the quote.
A sent form arrives in your requests inbox with every answer and photo attached. It is a request, not a booking: you review it, then reply with a quote and dates. The booking form guide covers every field and its settings.
Other templates
- Custom pieceA new client with their own idea, and you need enough to quote it.
- Cover-up or reworkThere is already a tattoo there, and they want it hidden or brought back to life.
- Guest spotYou are tattooing in another city for a few days and need to fill the trip.
- Convention or flash dayA busy day of small pieces, with people filling the form in on their phones.
- Returning clientSomeone you have tattooed before, booking their next session.
